Damaged Roof Pipe Flashing
Pipe flashings usually need to be replaced every 10-12 years. Over time, the rubber seal can dry out and crack, which may cause water to leak into the attic. This problem can go unnoticed as water builds up on the insulation, potentially resulting in mold growth and damage to the drywall ceiling.
Its a good practice to have your roof inspected every 5 years, a small price to pay for the extra piece of mind.
Roof Replacement
